What a Fun week!

Hello Everyone! I have had so much joy stitching Bothy Threads Cut Thru Monday SAL. Since last week on Fairy Hill - I have stitched my first fairy taking a shower under a flower petal while standing on a green leaf. I also started the back-stitching. Now you can read the sign on the tree to the left that says "Fairy Hill", some Fairy cake mix and Tea. Oh and I'm all pain free now from my dental work a few weeks ago. I'm so grateful. Thank you for all your well wishes.
A few things to share with you today:

 Fairy Hill Update

GUESS WHAT? Terri at Dixie Sampler Blog celebrated her 4years of blogging and her having 200 followers. I WON her giveaway for her 4-years Blogaversary. Thank you Terri so much. I won a  $50 gift certificate, my choice of LNS or an online store. I picked 123stitch.com an online store - now I get to take my time, enjoy and SHOP:) You know that song with the words  "Making a list and checking it Twice!" Yes that's me right now:) What a very generous gift from Terri. I will make very good use of it. Thank you again Terri. When I do get my goodies I will share photos with you.

Another Tinkerbell from my moms collection.
This one came from Disney World and has Cinderella's castle on top of the bell. Yes It's really a bell and it rings to.

I made this Floss Fob as a Birthday gift for Vickie at A Stitcher's Story blog. I know you may have already seen this but I wanted to talk about the materials I used. It was stitched on 32ct Belfast natural linen. I used gold thread for back-stitching the crown. Happy Birthday Vickie:)

Silk chenille trim for the edges.

And all the Silk threads I stitched with are by Dragonflylotus Designs.
Liz handspins the threads herself. Her silk thread is beautiful and wonderful to stitch with.
Have a peek at her website. She's added some great Thread and Fabric Packs. And there is a sale right now for this week 10% off. I happen to belong one of Liz's Monthly clubs - The Petite Club. I love it. The petite club consists of silk threads that are used for cross stitching. There are other clubs but you don't have to belong in order to purchase from Dragonflylotus Designs
Have a look at the gorgeous threads.

Hope you are finding time to stitch. Our weather here the last week has been in the 70's and 80's. At night it drops - PERFECT!!!        With my Love and Appreciation - Annette

That's some great progress on your SAL piece. I love seeing it grow on your blog.
Congratulations on winning the GC from Terri. I'm already very curious to see what you will buy for it. Stash enhancing is always interesting to see - even if it's other stitchers' stash, lol.

You've had quite a week of progress on Fairy Hill Annette. Congrats on your giveaway win and wait to see what you purchased. I like your Moms Tinkerbell bell. I think bells were a household product at one time as I remembered my mother had a few also. She used it to call us for supper.
Nice birthday gift you made…surely your recipient is happy with it, and lastly, glad you are better from your dental work.
Looking forward to see your next post.
Take caare.
Jackie :))
